.name domains
It is now possible to register 2nd level .name domains (like Zordan.name) for the ones for which 3rd level domains have not been used
Earlier when only 3rd level .name domains were allowed (like Nicola.Zordan.name and Luisa.Zordan.name)
I guess that the .name as 3rd level domain was quite strange, and not many have been used.
